JASON LEE, OWNER
Jason Lee is the owner of Trim All Lawn Service, an Army National Guard Veteran, husband and father of two boys. He is a Certified Pest Control Operator and has over 17 years of expertise in the landscape/lawn maintenance business. Jason is dedicated to bringing the best people, service, communication and follow through to every Trim All Lawn Service customer. His priority is to provide all employees with the knowledge and equipment to bring the best results for all of your landscape/lawn maintenance projects. He and his wife Wendy believe in giving back to the community by volunteering their time and supporting various organizations, their church and being a sponsor to the Boys and Girls Club.
TOM ANDERSON,
LANDSCAPE DESIGNER + PROJECT MANAGER
Tom Anderson is our Landscape Designer/Project Manager. He graduated from the University of Florida and develops CAD landscape design plans for our residential and builder relationships. He has over 31 years experience working with residential and commercial clients in Northeast Florida. Tom’s speciality is landscape renovations to transform and create a total new look to include hardscape, water features, seasonal color, and outdoor living spaces. He has an extensive local knowledge of native and “Florida Friendly” plant material and provides an excellent resource for our existing and potential customers. He moved to Amelia Island 25 years ago with his wife Lisa, a Fernandina Beach Native. They are blessed with two daughters, Kelli and Lauren, and enjoy spending time with family.
John Rooney,
Account MANAGER
John Rooney is an account manager, and has been employed at Trim All Lawn Service for nine years and counting. John’s dedication and attention to details exceeds customers’ expectations. His years of experience in this industry has helped him build long standing relationships with his customers. He also has a spray license for fertilization and pest control of turf and ornamentals. John and his family have enjoyed beach days, bowling and living in Nassau County for over 20 years.
Dalton Lee,
Account Manager
Dalton Lee is an account manager with over 5 years experience in the industry. He has a spray license for fertilization and pest control of turf and ornamentals. Professionalism and customer satisfaction are top priorities for Dalton and are maintained through his leadership skills, attention to details, and his follow through on projects. Dalton has been a member of The Army National Guard since 2018, attended UNF in Jacksonville and graduated from FBHS. Dalton and his wife, Amber, live in Fernandina Beach. They enjoy spending their free time with friends and family.
CARRIE DARLINGTON,
OFFICE MANAGER
Carrie Darlington is our Office Manager and has been with the company since 2012. She prides herself on her customer service and follow through. She will go above and beyond to ensure that all of our customers have a seamless experience with us. Before being promoted to Office Manager, she was our Office Administrator and understands our company inside and out. She was born and raised on Amelia Island and fully understands the beauty of our little island. Carrie has two wonderful kids and they love going to the beach and Disney World.

Logan is our office administrator and the first face you see when you visit our office. She grew up in the Yulee area and moved back in 2016. Logan has enjoyed working in customer service for more than six years. She takes great pride in helping our customers and making sure that they have the best experience. Logan loves spending free time with her family, friends, and animals.
